Product Overview
Habio alkaline protease is produced by progressive submerged fermentation technology. It can effectively hydrolyze proteins at broad range of temperature and pH conditions. The product has stable enzymatic properties and high efficiency.
Definition of Activity
One unit (U) of alkaline protease activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 μg Folin-positive amino acid and peptide of tyrosine per minute from substrate casein at pH 10.5 and 40℃.
